Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times: After your order ships, estimated delivery is 3-7 business days(domestic) and 15-25 buisness days (international), depending on the destination and carrier. Please note that these are estimates and may vary
Tracking & Delivery

Tracking Numbers: As soon as your order ships, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages: Longevity is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if it is marked as delivered but missing, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
